Over the past 2 day's i have been working in the gut's of the website, Forum and the Gallery to try and fix the slow load time's, Timeout's and 500 internal server error's. The guts being the Database, Server and forum admin panel.
Website itself is working fine loads up quick on Firefox. Google chrome. IE its a bit slower to load.
on the other hand sometimes it loads up quick sometimes not. I have done a fresh install, there's no mod's installed (I won't be putting them back so the count down and the Announcements mod are gone). all i have saved is the posts, themes, member lists and images. I have seen some improvements to loading times i have not had any error's yet. The Forum Uses database to run i cleaned out and removed unused file's within the DB and repaired, optimized the database. If you don't notice any change in the loading times for the forum there's not much i can do about it i have ripped out everything short of deleting the whole thing and starting from scratch and i don't want to do that again!!!.
Gallery that i added to the website works fine there's no problem there. Go take a look if you have not yet @ http://www.starbase24.co.uk/gallery
